Questions
Does NAD+ survive being swallowed?
Absorption is what the MitoCore label addresses. It claims oral NAD+ absorption support, and the capsule is enteric-coated so it opens past the stomach.
Which has fewer ingredients?
MitoCore, with 2: NAD+ and NRC. Foundation Prime lists 43.
Can I put MitoCore in coffee or a smoothie?
The label allows adding one or two capsules to your favorite beverage.
Why does Foundation Prime need food with fat?
The label asks for 300 to 400 calories with high fat content before each dose. It does not say why, and we will not guess.
Is either one a stimulant?
Neither label calls itself one. Foundation Prime’s panel lists green tea extract, so check the panel if you avoid caffeine sources.
