How to take them

Masculine Vitality. On a training or activity day, eat a small meal of about 300 calories that contains fat, then take one or two capsules before you start.

Hypothalamic Axis. Per its label: two capsules fasted in the early morning for the first five days, weekends off, then one capsule fasted each weekday morning, weekends off.

Masculine Vitality. Directions: Eat a small, 300-calorie meal containing fat before taking 1-2 capsules prior to workout or activity. Please consult your healthcare provider before taking this product.

Hypothalamic Axis. Directions: Take 2 capsules in the early am fasted for the first 5 days, then take the weekends off and then take 1 capsule/day fasted in the am Mondary-Friday and repeat, taking off weekends to prevent down regulation.
