Hepatic Shield is RA·NUE’s liver formula: Micellar LiverGenix, an 899 mg blend of milk thistle (silymarin), TUDCA, reduced glutathione and 13 more ingredients in a pullulan capsule. Its label claims liver, kidney and gallbladder support and glutathione uptake support. You take one or two capsules twice a day on an empty stomach.

How to take them

Hepatic Shield. One or two capsules, twice a day, on an empty stomach. Leave at least 90 minutes between a dose and a meal, before or after. No more than four in a day.

Regenerative Matrix. One capsule once or twice a day, an hour and a half away from food.

Hepatic Shield. Directions:Take 1-2 capsules 2x daily on a fasted stomach and wait a minimum of 90 minutes before or post eating for maximum effects. Do not exceed more than 4 capsules per day and please consult your healthcare provider before taking this product.

Regenerative Matrix. Directions: Take 1 capsule 1-2× daily. For best results, consume 1.5 hours away from food (either before or after meals) on a fasted stomach. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.

Why fasted?

Can I take it with Metabolic Switch, which goes before breakfast?

No label prints that combination. Ask your provider.

Is there glutathione in it?

Yes. Reduced glutathione is on the panel, and the label claims glutathione uptake support.

Does it contain shellfish?

The label says it is not manufactured with shellfish ingredients, and chitosan is not on its panel.
