How to take them
Repair Complex. One capsule once or twice a day. No more than three.
Regenerative Matrix. One capsule once or twice a day, an hour and a half away from food. No more than three.
Repair Complex. Directions: Take 1 capsule 1–2 times per day for general wellness support. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
Regenerative Matrix. Directions: Take 1 capsule 1-2× daily. For best results, consume 1.5 hours away from food (either before or after meals) on a fasted stomach. Do not exceed 3 capsules per day.
Before you start
Both labels pair the capsules with daily hydration, exercise, movement and stretching. Neither is a dietary supplement, and neither is sold at retail.

Repair Complex is the one formula on the line whose label claims gut function. It is professional-use only, and no retail label on the line makes a gut claim.
Prescription peptides
BPC-157 and TB-500 are also discussed as prescription compounds. In July 2026 an FDA advisory committee voted to recommend allowing pharmacies to compound them. FDA has not made that final.

Are they supplements?
No. Their labels say "Not a drug. Not a dietary supplement. For general wellness use only."
Is a BPC-157 capsule the same as a BPC-157 injection?
No. Format and formulation differ, and the label of one tells you nothing about the other.
Do they carry an allergen warning?
Regenerative Matrix does: its chitosan is derived from shellfish. Repair Complex’s label prints no allergen advisory.
Is there a retail formula for recovery?
Not today. No retail label on the line claims recovery.
